Our rates are based on time and mileage for each trip. We offer point to point transportation as well as hourly bookings.

Pre-booked rides will have a preset rate determined at the time of booking.

Daily reservations where a customer calls and asks for a last-minute reservation will be subject to limited availability from LRP drivers.

Pre-booked rides must be paid in full one day prior to the reservation date.

When booking, a 25% deposit is required to confirm and schedule the ride.

Extended rates are available upon request for per-hour rates. Hourly rates require a three-hour minimum.

All Lake Ride Pros rides are subject to a minimum fare of $15.

A 20% gratuity is added to all reservations for 8+ passengers. Additional gratuity for above and beyond service is greatly appreciated.

You may be required to pay a deposit when making a reservation.

All deposits are non-refundable.

Should you cancel your scheduled ride at least seven (7) days prior to your ride, your deposit will be applied to your next ride. You must reschedule your ride within the next twelve months, or your deposit will be forfeited.

Cancellations within 7 days will forfeit deposit with no credit being allowed.

Cancellations within 24 hours will be subject to a cancellation free of 50% of the ride fare that was scheduled or $15 minimum.

Once the deposit is paid, you will be added to our schedule. The remaining balance is due the day before the first trip on the reservation. Failure to make full payment for the reservation the day prior, will result in cancellation of your reservation.

A valid credit/debit card is required to pay all deposits. Your card may be kept on file for any incidentals that happen during the trip duration and will be charged accordingly based on Lake Ride Pros, LLC policies, automatically. Credit/Debit Card payments available (3.5% Transaction fee applies)

The ride may be canceled at any time if one or more terms and conditions of these policies are breached. No refunds will be given for any ride that is terminated for any of these reasons.

The ride may be canceled at any time, at the chauffeur's discretion, if the client and/or guests become unruly, belligerent, act in an unsafe manner, refuse to follow directions of the chauffeur, damage the vehicle, or vomiting occurs.

Should the ride be canceled for one of the above reasons, a refund will not be provided.

We reserve the right to substitute vehicle options based on availability.

All of our vehicles are non-smoking. If smoking occurs the ride will be terminated, and no refund will be issued. A $300 fee will be assessed for each cigarette burn or related damage to the vehicle.

For the purposes of our rides, “Smoking” is the use of any inhaled device or substance including but not limited to cigarettes, cigars, pipes, vaping devices, E-Cig, Juul, and others. If you inhale it, it isn’t allowed regardless of the mist or fumes it produces.

Alcohol will NOT be consumed by any passengers under the age of 21. If this is found, the ride will be terminated immediately and no refund will be given. All empties shall be taken with you when you end your ride. Empties left in the vehicle will incur a cleaning fee.

The possession and/or use of any controlled substance/narcotic for which you personally do not have a prescription for is prohibited in Lake Ride Pros vehicles. Any controlled substance seen, smelled, or revealed by others will terminate the charter with out refund. All Lake Ride Pros vehicles have video surveillance which if requested may be provided to law enforcement.

There is a minimum $200.00 clean-up fee for motion sickness plus any additional cost due to "down time" such as loss of business due to cleaning.

There is a minimum fee of $75.00 clean-up fee for drinks spilled.

The client will be charged for any damages that are caused by the client and/or their guest. This also includes the loss of business because of "down time" for repairs.

If your ride changes after it has begun such as a different location is requested or route is required additional fees may be charged. This includes stops at a restaurant or other location. Drivers have additional rides after your scheduled time. As such, a stop at a restaurant drive thru for instance is charged at an additional rate of $25 per 15 mins.

The driver will have the final discretion on this topic. Even with offered payment, the Chauffer may decline the stop should it cause conflicts with prior scheduled rides after yours.

Wait time - In the event a driver has to wait during a ride, wait fees will be calculated. This is figured at $25 per 15 mins. This includes wait times at pick up. The ride should start at the scheduled time when the reservation was made.

Cancellation Fee - 50% of ride, or $15 minimum, inside of 24 hours. Free outside of 24 hours.

Change Fee - $10 inside 24 hours per change, free outside of 24 hours.

LRP reserves the right to change drivers as needed. Making changes to times/locations/etc. may affect who your assigned driver will be.

A destination charge may be assessed to your ride based on the length of the time it takes the chauffeur to drive to your pick-up location or drive back from your drop-off location.

Lake Ride Pros is not responsible for any articles left in the vehicle. Be sure to double-check the vehicle at the end of your ride. A $20 return fee plus the cost of the ride from the chauffer’s location to you will be assessed. The Chauffer will also determine the proper time to return items so as not to interfere with other scheduled rides.

When you book a ride an estimate will be generated with a Deposit and the remaining Balance Due both shown.

The Deposit is required to be paid before the booking is listed on our calendar and confirmed.

A valid Credit/Debit card is required for all new reservations. Credit/Debit Card payments available (3.5% Transaction fee applies)

The Balance Due is required to be paid one day (24-hours) prior to the scheduled ride.

Credit and Debit cards must be used to pay a deposit, if required.

The balance is due the day prior (24 hours) to the scheduled ride.

If a deposit is not required, you may pay the Chauffeurs by Venmo, credit/debit card or cash. Please discuss this with your driver.

A Credit Card transaction fee of 3.5% will be added to all debit and credit card transactions.

Due to the limited cell phone coverage, it is suggested not to plan on paying for rides at the time of service electronically as network access can be spotty.

Payment is required when service is provided. Balances may not be billed at a later time.

Cash will be accepted to pay a balance due. Be sure to discuss options for cash payment when booking if desired.

Personal checks are not accepted for payment of services by Lake Ride Pros.

Rates for rides with 1-7 passengers do NOT include driver gratuity.

Rates for rides with eight [8] or more passengers and all Bus bookings will include a 20% gratuity.
