There is a difference between planning a scenic motorcycle ride and planning the evening after it. If your Bikefest plans include dinner, entertainment, or drinks with friends, make a separate plan for that part of the day. You shouldn't have to decide how to get home after the group has already settled into the night.
The official Bikefest rally information lists the 2026 dates as September 15–20 and explains that activities are spread across several Lake-area locations. That matters for transportation: "Bikefest" is not a single venue address, and one pickup location won't automatically cover everybody's plans.
Build the evening around actual destinations
Pick the first stop and the final destination, then identify any confirmed stops between them. Include the exact address of your hotel, campground, or rental property. If the property has different entrances, verify where a vehicle can load before sending the location to your friends.
Don't count on a general event calendar to establish a particular venue's entertainment, entry rules, or current hours. Confirm those details with the business directly. A transportation reservation doesn't reserve a table or include admission to a separately ticketed event.
Decide who is riding together
Get the headcount for the road transfer, not just the number of motorcycles in your weekend group. Some friends may stay at different properties or leave earlier. Discuss those differences while requesting service instead of assuming one reservation can split into multiple returns.
Plan where helmets, jackets, and other belongings will go. Let the team know what needs to travel with you, and avoid relying on a vehicle as unscheduled storage between stops. Keep your lodging and transportation contact information available on your phone.
Make the return the easy part
Agree on a meeting place before heading inside. Pick one group contact who can confirm everyone is ready and communicate any changes. If plans shift, have the revised time or destination confirmed with Lake Ride Pros rather than treating it as automatic.
Contact Lake Ride Pros with your dates, addresses, passenger count, and preferred return window. We provide independent road transportation; Bikefest schedules, venue access, and motorcycle arrangements remain with their respective organizers and providers.
