• All deposits are non-refundable. Should you cancel your charter at least seven (7) days before your charter, your deposit will be applied to your next reservation. You must reschedule your reservation within the next twelve months, or your deposit will be forfeited.

    Cancellations within seven (7) days will forfeit the deposit with no credit being allowed.

    Cancellation Fee(s) -

    Charter Bus Reservation: Inside 24 hours - 25% of the total reservation of charter, or $100 minimum whichever is greater, and loss of deposit paid. Outside of 24 hours, within 7 days, loss of deposit paid.

    Point to Point Bus Reservation: Inside 24 hours - 25% of the total reservation of charter, or $100 minimum whichever is greater, and loss of deposit paid. Outside of 24 hours, within 7 days, loss of deposit paid.

    The charter may be canceled at any time if one or more terms and conditions of these policies are breached. No refunds will be given for any charter terminated for any these reasons.

  • The charter may be canceled at any time, at the chauffeur's discretion, if the client and/or guests become unruly, belligerent, act in an unsafe manner, refuse to follow directions of the chauffeur, damage the vehicle, or vomiting occurs.

  • Any individual booking a charter with Lake Ride Pros LLC will be at least 21 years of age. This will be validated at the beginning of the charter by the chauffeur. Younger guests are allowed provided they do not consume or possess any alcohol during the event.

  • You must have a picture ID and your credit card available at the beginning of the charter so the chauffeur may verify all contact information.

  • All of our vehicles are non-smoking. If smoking occurs, the charter will be terminated, and no refund will be issued. A $300 fee will be assessed for each cigarette burn or related damage to the vehicle.

    For our charters, “Smoking” is the use of any inhaled device or substance including, but not limited to, cigarettes, cigars, pipes, vaping devices, ECig, Juel, and others. If you inhale it, it isn’t allowed regardless of the mist or fumes it produces.

  • Alcohol will NOT be consumed by any passengers under the age of 21. If this is found, the charter will be terminated immediately, and no refund will be given. All empties shall be taken with you when you end your charter or placed in a trash receptacle in the vehicle.

  • The possession and/or use of any controlled substance/narcotic for which you personally do not have a prescription for is prohibited in Lake Ride Pros vehicles. Any controlled substance seen, smelled, or revealed by others will terminate the charter with out refund. All Lake Ride Pros vehicles have video surveillance which if requested may be provided to law enforcement.

  • There is a $300.00 clean-up fee for motion sickness plus any additional cost due to "down time" such as loss of business due to cleaning.

  • There is a minimum $75.00 clean-up fee for drinks spilled. This fee will vary based on the mess that is made and the time that it takes to clean the bus. In addition, any downtime this causes or delayed business to other reservations will be a factor when cleaning fee is determined.

  • The client will be charged for any damages that are caused by the client and/or their guest. This also includes the loss of business because of "downtime" for repairs.

  • If your charter runs over the scheduled end time, an additional hour will be assessed with payment due at the beginning of that hour. Rates are in hour increments (minimum). If you feel your charter may go over, please discuss it with your chauffeur as soon as possible. Chauffeurs often handle several reservations throughout the course of the day. Your vehicle may be scheduled for another charter at the end of yours, thus making your vehicle unavailable for any additional hours for you. The chance of making other arrangements in your favor will increase the earlier you make your chauffeur aware of your need.

    For Point to Point bookings, additionally, in the event a driver has to wait during a ride, wait fees will be calculated.

    Wait time - In the event a driver has to wait during a ride, wait fees will be calculated. This is figured at $25 per 15 mins. This includes wait times at pick up. The ride should start at the scheduled time when the reservation was made. Wait times are not to be confused with going over on a charter. These are separate fees.

  • Lake Ride Pros is not responsible for any articles left in the vehicle. Be sure to double-check the vehicle at the end of your charter.

  • No decorations are allowed to be hung in the bus for any reason without prior discussion and approval from the owners.

    NO GLITTER of any kind will be allowed on props or on persons. NO EXCEPTIONS. This includes feathers and things that will be left behind when you leave.

    A cleaning fee will be charged. This will be determined by the driver in charge of your charter.

    Minimum of $200.

  • A 20% gratuity is added to all reservations. Additional gratuity for above and beyond service is greatly appreciated.

Payment Policies

  • When you book a charter an invoice will be generated with a Deposit and remaining Balance Due both shown. The Deposit is required to be paid before the booking is confirmed and listed on the calendar. The Balance Due is required one day prior (24 hours) to the start of the reservation.

    Credit/Debit Card payments available (3.5% Transaction fee applies)

  • Cash will be accepted as a deposit or to pay a balance due. Be sure to discuss options for cash payment when booking.

  • Personal checks are not accepted for payment of services.
