Terms and Conditions for VIP Memberships

These terms and conditions for VIP Memberships govern your purchase and use of a VIP Membership, which is a subscription that renews automatically (the “Program” or “VIP Membership”) offered by Lake Ride Pros, LLC (“Lake Ride Pro”, “LRP” or “we”). Participation in the Program is subject to these terms and conditions for VIP Membership. Lake Ride Pros, LLC (LRP) is a transportation company which provides the ability for users to arrange and schedule transportation and other services using company drivers or third party contractor drivers. All benefits and discounts offered under the Program are offered on an "as available" basis, contingent upon driver availability to provide the transportation or services and other contingencies which may impact availability of some benefits at certain times and places.

1. How VIP Memberships Work

Contact your regular driver or use one of LRP’s online options to contact and request a ride. As part of this process, inform the driver that you are part of the VIP program and are requesting services. They will ask for the name on your membership to ensure the account is active. Additionally, the driver may ask for your membership card and photo ID at the time of the ride.

VIP Memberships benefits are provided through direct contact with a scheduling agent or through one of LRP’s online reservation request forms. All requests for rides using the VIP membership program must be submitted and/or scheduled with as much advance notice as possible. Last minute calls for service in the very near future may severely limit the ability for services to be made available. Drivers often book reservations for a full night leaving little, if any, time between those scheduled rides. The earlier you contact LRP to set up your rides, the better your experience will be.

When you buy a VIP Membership you agree to have your credit card charged every Billing Cycle on a recurring basis, you agree to these VIP Membership Terms.

By participating in this Program you are agreeing to these VIP Membership Terms. If you do not agree to these VIP Membership Terms, do not participate in the Program.

2. Duration and Frequency of Charges

When you buy a VIP Membership, you'll be charged the Membership Rate for your first Billing Cycle on the date of purchase, which activates the VIP Membership for current cycle. Unless you cancel, you'll be charged either at the individual or family plan rate for each Billing Cycle. BY DEFAULT (AND WITH PRIOR NOTICE), YOUR VIP MEMBERSHIP WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW AT THE BEGINNING OF EACH BILLING CYCLE, AND THE MEMBERSHIP RATE WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY CHARGED TO YOUR SELECTED PAYMENT METHOD. If you do not want your VIP Membership to automatically renew, you can cancel your subscription in accordance with Section 3 below.

Credit Card Transaction fee of 2.9% applies to all transactions.

If your selected payment method is declined, LRP will prompt you for a new payment method. LRP will also automatically retry your selected payment method 2 times.  LRP reserves the right to terminate your VIP Membership with no further charges to you if LRP is unable to collect payment from you. LRP are not responsible for any fees charged by the cardholder's bank including, but not limited to, overdraft fees, insufficient funds fees, interest charges, foreign exchange fees, cross border fees, and other penalties levied by the cardholder's bank.

3. Canceling Your VIP Membership

You may cancel your VIP Membership by completing a cancellation form 30 days prior to your desired end date or next scheduled payment. To do this, go to the VIP Membership page of the website https://www.lakeridepros.com/vip-cancellation-form and select cancel membership. Complete the form provided and select submit.  If you are less than 30 days prior to your next scheduled payment, cancellation will be processed yet cannot be guaranteed.

If you cancel your VIP Membership, you will still have access to your Membership Benefits until the end of the current Billing Cycle. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable, and will not be refunded on a pro-rata basis for any cancellation initiated during a Billing Cycle. LRP is not responsible for overdraft fees that may be incurred.

4. Geographic Scope of Promotion.

Membership Benefits are limited to the area in which LRP normally operates. Primarily Camden, Miller, Morgan counties. Rides scheduled outside of this operating area may have limited or adjusted discounts and benefits.

5. Changes to VIP Memberships

LRP reserves the right to modify or stop offering VIP Memberships or change Membership Rates, Membership Benefits or ride rates, at any time in its sole discretion. In the event LRP increases the Membership Rate of a VIP Membership, we will provide you with thirty (30) days prior notice via email before such changes take effect. All changes will be effective upon your next Billing Cycle, but if you do not agree with the price change, you have the right to reject the new Membership Rate and may avoid these charges by canceling your VIP Membership according to the instructions in Section 3 above.

LRP may terminate your VIP Membership at our discretion without notice. If that happens, LRP will give you a pro-rated refund based on charges already applied to your current billing period. We will not give any refund for termination related to conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these VIP Membership Terms, any applicable law, or involves fraud or misuse of the VIP Membership.

6. Changes to VIP Membership Terms

LRP reserves the right to modify these VIP Membership Terms. If we make material changes to the VIP Membership Terms while you have an active VIP Membership, we will notify you via email. Your continued use of a VIP Membership constitutes your acceptance of the revised VIP Membership Terms. If you are not willing to agree to the revisions, you may cancel your VIP Membership in accordance with Section 3 above.

7. Transfer of Rights

LRP’s rights and obligations under the Program may be assigned or transferred by LRP to any other related or unrelated entity at any time, and performances shall be the responsibility of that entity.

8. Interpretation of VIP Membership Terms

All interpretations of these VIP Membership Terms will be at LRP’s sole discretion and LRP’s decisions will be final.

9. Disclaimer

The Program and/or any of its features may be unavailable, inaccurate or interrupted from time to time for a variety of reasons. We are not responsible for any unavailability, interruptions or errors of the Program or its features. LRP may from time to time request information from you to confirm your identity before renewing your VIP Membership. LRP may delay your access to your VIP Membership until you comply with this information request. The Program and all the information accessible through it are provided for information purposes only on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We, our information providers and their agents make no warranties, representations, or guarantees of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to, accuracy, currency, or completeness, the operation of the Program, the information, materials, content, availability, and products. VIP Memberships and these VIP Membership Terms are provided by LRP and do not modify the contractual relationships among or between the individuals and entities that use Lake Ride Pros, LLC to offer goods or services, and LRP or any LRP affiliates, except as expressly set forth herein. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Minimum Fare

Minimum Fare for all VIP Customers is $13.00
