Venue Policies

Is alcohol served? Main Street Music Hall is an alcohol-free venue. No outside alcohol either.

Can I bring food or drinks from outside? We ask that you leave outside food and drinks in the car. Concessions are available on-site.

Phone policy? Silence it before the show and keep it put away during the performance. Bright screens, texting, and recording are more disruptive than people realize — to the performers and to the person sitting next to you who paid for the same experience.

Can I take photos or video? Flash photography is a no. Policies on recording can vary by show, so follow any event-specific guidance and listen to staff instructions when you arrive.

Are wheelchair-accessible seats available? Yes, and they can be purchased online when you book.
