A fuel surcharge applies to all reservations; it is currently 5% and may change with fuel prices. Credit card payments incur a 3% processing fee. Gratuity is not included in the listed rates, and extra wait time or requested add-ons may cost more. All applicable fees are disclosed before you book.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before service receive a full refund minus the processing fee. Cancellations made 24 to 48 hours before service receive a 50% refund. Cancellations less than 24 hours before service are non-refundable. Weather exceptions apply; review the Terms of Service for complete details.
